It can be dangerous to allow the execution of binaries
from world-writable temporary storage directories such as

Add the

option to the fourth column of
<xhtml:code>/etc/fstab</xhtml:code>
for the line which controls mounting of
<xhtml:code>/run/shm</xhtml:code>
.
