The host is installed with PostgreSQL before 8.4.20, 9.0.x before 9.0.16, 9.1.x before 9.1.12, 9.2.x before 9.2.7 or 9.3.x before 9.3.3 and is prone to a privilege escalation vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle a function that is (1) defined in another language or (2) not allowed to be directly called by the user due to permissions. Successful exploitation allow remote authenticated users to gain privileges.
