The host is installed with Mozilla Firefox before 24.0, Thunderbird before 24.0, or SeaMonkey before 2.21 an use-after-free vulnerability. A flaw is present in the applications, which fail to handle crafted data. Successful exploitation could allow attackers to execute arbitrary code by leveraging incorrect garbage collection in situations involving default compartments and frame-chain restoration.
