The host is installed with Apple Mac OS X or Server 10.8.5, 10.9.5 or 10.10.x through 10.10.4 and is prone to a denial of service vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle a PKCS#7 blob that uses ASN.1 encoding and lacks inner EncryptedContent data. Successful exploitation allows attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and application crash).
