This setting lets you disable the data file backup functionality.
If you enable this policy setting, users cannot back up data files.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users can back up data files.
Fix:
(1) GPO: User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Backup\Client!Turn off the ability to back up data files
(2) REG: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Backup\Client!DisableBackupUI
