This setting lets you disable file restore functionality.
If you enable this policy setting, the file restore program is disabled.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, the file restore program is enabled and users can restore files.
Fix:
(1) GPO: User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Backup\Client!Turn off restore functionality
(2) REG: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Backup\Client!DisableRestoreUI
