The host is installed with Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.0.x before 4.0.36, 4.1.x before 4.1.44, 4.2.x before 4.2.36, 4.3.x before 4.3.34 or 5.0.x before 5.0.10 and is prone to denial of service vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle vectors related to svm.c and vmx.c. Successful exploitation could allows guest OS users to cause a denial of service (host OS panic or hang) by triggering many #AC (aka Alignment Check) exceptions.
