The host is installed with OpenSSL 1.0.1 before 1.0.1o or 1.0.2 before 1.0.2c and is prone to a memory corruption vulnerability. A flaw is present in the ASN.1 parser, which does not normally create "negative zeroes". Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to can cause a buffer underflow with an out-of-bounds write in i2c_ASN1_INTEGER.
