The host is installed with Mozilla Firefox before 3.6.28, 4.x through 10.0, Firefox ESR 10.x before 10.0.3, Thunderbird before 3.1.20, 5.0 through 10.0, Thunderbird ESR 10.x before 10.0.3, or SeaMonkey before 2.8 and is prone to a denial of service vulnerability. A flaw is present in the applications, which fail to check the validity of an instance after event dispatching. Successful exploitation could allow attackers to execute arbitrary code.
