The host is installed with Jenkins LTS through 2.289.1 or Jenkins rolling release through 2.299 and is prone to an incorrect authorization vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to properly handle issues with permission checks. Successful exploitation could allows users to cancel queue items and abort builds of jobs for which they have Item/Cancel permission even when they do not have Item/Read permission.
