Windows Group Policy Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires the attacker to have privileges to create Group Policy Templates. As is best practice, regular validation and audits of administrative groups should be conducted. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could gain domain administrator privileges.
