The host is installed with Wireshark 1.8.x before 1.8.11 or 1.10.x before 1.10.3 and is prone to denial of service vulnerability. The flaw is present in the epan/dissectors/packet-tcp.c in the TCP dissector, which does not properly determine the amount of remaining data. Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) via a crafted packet.
