The host is installed with Apache Subversion 1.7.11 through 1.7.12 or 1.8.0 through 1.8.4 and is prone to denial of service vulnerability. The flaw is present in get_parent_resource function in repos.c in mod_dav_svn Apache HTTPD server module in Apache Subversion, which fails to properly handle a non-canonical URL in a request, as demonstrated using a trailing /. Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (assertion failure and Apache process abort).
