The host is installed with RealNetworks RealPlayer before 17.0.10.8 and is prone to multiple stack-based buffer overflow vulnerabilities. The flaws are present in the application, which fails to handle a malformed (1) elst or (2) stsz atom in an MP4 file. Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code.
