The host is installed with Wireshark 1.10.x before 1.10.12 or 1.12.x before 1.12.3 and is prone to multiple use-after-free vulnerabilities. The flaws are present in the application, which fails to properly handle a crafted packet, related to the use of packet-scope memory instead of pinfo-scope memory. Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash).
