The host is installed with Mozilla Firefox before 3.6.20 or Thunderbird 3.x before 3.1.12 and is prone to an untrusted search path vulnerability. A flaw is present in the applications, which allow local users to gain privileges by leveraging write access in an unspecified directory to place a Trojan horse DLL that is loaded into the running Firefox process. Successful exploitation could allow attackers to load a malicious DLL into the running process.
