The host is installed with ancillary function driver (afd.sys) and is prone to elevation of privilege vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application which is caused by improper validation of input passed from user mode to the Windows kernel. Successful exploitation allows attacker to execute arbitrary code and take complete control of an affected system.
