The host is missing an important security update according to Microsoft security bulletin, MS16-077. The update is required to fix multiple elevation of privilege vulnerabilities. The flaws are present in the application, which improperly handle certain proxy discovery scenarios using the Web Proxy Auto Discovery (WPAD) protocol method and responses from NetBIOS. Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to potentially access and control network traffic for which the attacker does not have sufficient privileges.
