The host is installed with Mozilla Firefox before 50.1 or Firefox ESR before 45.6 and is prone to a security bypass vulnerability. A flaw is present in the applications, which fail to sanitize HTML tags received from the Pocket server and any JavaScript code executed will be run in the about:pocket-saved (unprivileged) page. Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to access to Pocket's messaging API through HTML injection.
