The host is installed with Ruby on rails before 5.2.x before 5.2.2.1, 5.1.x before 5.1.6.2, 5.0.x before 5.0.7.2 or 4.2.x before 4.2.11.1 and is prone to a denial of service vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle crafted data. Successful exploitation allows attackers to send a crafted accept headers which can cause action view to consume 100% cpu and make the server unresponsive.
