The host is installed with Realtek HD Audio Driver version 1.0.0.8855 and is prone to a DLL preloading vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle an issue in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 MFC which automatically loads a resource DLL. Successful exploitation allows attackers to gain privileges via a crafted DLL in the same folder as the running executable file.
