The host is installed with WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment 9.x through 9.0.5.15, 8.5.x through 8.5.5.23 and is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to properly handle an issue in the Admin Console. Successful exploitation allows attackers to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
