The host is installed with VMware Fusion 10.x before 10.1.6 or 11.x before 11.0.3 and is prone to an out-of-bounds write vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to properly handle issues in the e1000 and e1000e virtual network adapters. Successful exploitation could leads to arbitrary code execution.
