The host is installed with Oracle Database Server 19c, or 21c and is prone to a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle an issue in the Oracle Spatial and Graph (Apache Batik). Successful exploitation allows attackers to trigger loading external resources by default, causing resource consumption or in some cases even information disclosure.
