The host is installed with Mozilla Firefox before 36.0.4, Firefox ESR 31.x before 31.5.3 or SeaMonkey before 2.33.1 and is prone to a security bypass vulnerability. A flaw is present in the applications, which do not properly handle vectors involving SVG hash navigation. Successful exploitation could allow attackers to bypass the Same Origin Policy and execute arbitrary JavaScript code with chrome privileges.
