The host is installed with Microsoft Windows 7 SP1, Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows 8.1, 10, Server 2012, Server 2012 R2 or Server 2016 and is prone to an elevation of privilege vulnerability. A flaw is present in the Windows kernel-mode driver, which fails to properly handle specially crafted application. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could run arbitrary code in kernel mode.
