Pointer and frame data leakage vulnerability in Javascript objects in Mozilla Firefox, Firefox ESR and ThunderbirdID: oval:org.secpod.oval:def:38825 | Date: (C)2017-01-25 (M)2024-03-27 |
Class: VULNERABILITY | Family: windows |
Mozilla Firefox before 51.0, Firefox ESR before 45.7 or Thunderbird before 45.x before 45.7 :- Hashed codes of JavaScript objects are shared between pages. This allows for pointer leaks because an object's address can be discovered through hash codes, and also allows for data leakage of an object's content using these hash codes.
