An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could take control of an affected system.To exploit the vulnerability, an authenticated attacker could connect via the Windows Remote Registry Service, causing Windows to execute arbitrary code.The security update addresses the vulnerability by correcting how Windows handles objects in memory.
