The host is installed with MySQL 5.1.73 and earlier on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, mariadb 5.5.50 and earlier on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 or mysql55-mysql 5.5.40-2.el5 and earlier and is prone to a privilege escalation vulnerability.
